One of the different food you can find in Terengganu is Sata. Sata is an interesting dish consist of fish meat with shallot and ginger paste, bask in coconut milk. Sata is very unique because it is wrapped in a banana leaves and folded into cone-shaped.
Basically, Sata will be barbecued over a slow charcoal fire, after it is put in the bamboo stick. Regarding the local people, Kuala Kemaman is most famous place with its Sata as well as other places around Terengganu.
