This competition named as BLOG TOURISM 2010 COMPETITION after the two years in "Merakyatkan Pentadbiran" and "Pembangunan Negeri Terengganu".

Themes: Themes common set for this competition is "Terengganu Di Hatiku" The contestants are required to consider the most interesting themes for their blogs, but the word "City" is mandatory.
DESCRIPTION
TERENGGANU TOURISM BLOG COMPETITION 2010 is inclined to create inspiring beauty, kepermaian, the pattern of socio-cultural, arts, and diversity of activities in the state that draw tourists to the presence of state now and in the future. Therefore, all events, post, display pictures in your blog or website to bring a positive message and is able to translate the state government's intention to make the City as a tourist destination.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

2. Blog writing competition open to all Malaysian citizens above categories.
3. Each participant is entitled to register a blog just to compete, to register the name of his own blog at blogger.com or wordpress.com or any other free blog service providers or paid.
4. Any operating costs are dependent of their own blog. The organizers will not entertain any claims.
5. Registration can be made online or by filling out the entry form provided.
6. Implemented an online contest, and participants can complete the blog at any time during the period.
7. Period of time is the competition for six months beginning 1 April 2010 to 30 September 2010.
8. Participants may use any of the blog and blog service providers are competing to put the logo contest and the flag of the state blog.
9. For information on the Secretariat, the participants should include the following profile:
• Full name as in IC
• IC No.
• Address correspondence
• Contact Number (home / mobile)
10. UKOM Staff Committee and Competition and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate.
11. UKOM the right to publish the article, articles, photographs and any writings and blog of the participants during and after the competition in the portal, blogs, press, publications and magazines UKOM.
12. UKOM right to publish articles from blogs that participate in the mainstream media at any time.
13. Decision of the judge and jury panel are final.
BLOG ADDRESS

3. Each participant will be required to install the logo contest and the flag state and the blogs linked to the organizers.
4. Participants are encouraged to use the creative templates and plugins.
WRITING BLOG
Participants are free to write any articles, stories, information, guides, diaries, etc. in this blog with the theme of travel as long as the City has prohibited materials listed below:
a. Material / obscene article.
b. Materials and articles that may contact people.
c. Imitation / plagiarism of the website / portal / other blogs.
d. Graphics / Video / Music with limited rights.
Articles should be written in Malay or English only.
TITLE
All blog will become the property of participants and eligible to participate in the second round beginning with the date to be determined later.
SELECTION CRITERIA
1. Results will be evaluated by judges appointed by the Competition Organizing Committee of the Master.
2. Blog with the following criteria are eligible to receive a prize to reward the first place. :- Things to include in the assessment: -
a. Total article / post a minimum of 15 or 75 articles per month during the contest period and updated regularly and continuously.
b. The order of articles and pictures and updates.
c. Frequency of the number of visitors (hits).
d. User-friendly information, berilmiah and useful.
e. Originality of the writing on my own experiences.
f. Additional marks will be considered. The use of creative materials to support the idea, including video, multimedia, flash, photos, graphics, the photoshop, etc..
Scoring Structure
1. Originality - 40 points
2. User Friendly - 20 points
3. Presentation - 20 marks
4. Creativity - 20 points
5. Additional Justification - 20 points
Decision of the judge and jury panel are final.
EXPLANATORY TERMS
1. The closing date for entries is on June 30th, 2010. All entry / registration from the date it will not be assessed.
2. Each entry must use the form provided on this blog, download or photocopy of an official form. Each entry will be confirmed by the number of entries obtained from the Secretariat.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to reject all entries not complying with the conditions set and the panel decision is final. Any objections and correspondence will be entertained after the judgments.
4. Things that are not specified in these conditions are under jurisdiction of the organizers of Mercy.
5. Any petikaian and confusion in the terminology and various other matters (if any) in these terms and conditions shall be referred to the Steering Committee of the Tournament. Interpretation and explanation given by the Master Tournament Committee is final.
